Returns

What if I don't like something after all?

You have 14 days from the receipt of the goods to decide if the item(s) is/are right for you. We ask you to handle the clothing carefully and not to return the items damaged, soiled, or altered. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or refunded. The pieces must be returned with insurance to ensure its safe arrival to us and, consequently, guarantee the refund of your payment amount.

 

How do I return something?

  1. The returned product must be in good condition, so as not to affect resale: the item must not be damaged, soiled, or altered.  

  2. The label of the item must not be damaged, removed, or torn.  

  3. Please clearly mark the returned goods (quantity + reason) on the return slip.  

  4. Be sure to include the completed return slip with your return. Note: If any of the above conditions are not met, the refund process may be delayed, or the return may not be refunded under certain circumstances.

  5. Please return the (if there were any) free gift in this order if you no longer meet the original advertising requirement after the return.  

  6. Address the package to the following address:

  7. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We offer high-quality products at reasonable prices and the fast and secure parcel service of DHL. So, if we were to cover the return costs for our customers, it would exceed the budget. We hope to receive more orders and profits in the near future to offer free returns, providing you with a better shopping experience. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.

  8. We do not send a confirmation upon receiving your return. You can track the location of the package using the tracking number of your return. Typically, we need 20 business days to process your return after receiving the goods. Processing times may extend after major promotions. Currently, we estimate a processing time of approximately 3-4 weeks and apologize for any inconvenience caused.  

  9. Please keep the issued return receipt carefully until the refund is processed.

     

Can I exchange items?

Currently, we cannot offer you an exchange of goods. However, you have the option to return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Once your return reaches our warehouse, you will be refunded. You can then simply reorder your desired products.

 

Complaint

 

You've received defective or incorrect merchandise?

Oops, we sincerely apologize for that! Please contact our customer service so that we can assist you promptly. To do so, kindly send us pictures of the defective or incorrect item and your order number to hi@oyastudio.de.

Warranty Claim

Please note that defects reported more than 7 days after receiving the merchandise cannot be replaced. Within the first 7 days, we are happy to offer you a refund upon the return of the defective item or propose an individual solution.

A warranty claim is excluded if:

  • The defect or damage was noticed or occurred after wearing and/or removing the labels from the merchandise. Silk is a sensitive fabric that should be treated with care.

  • The defect or damage occurred after washing. Please note that the merchandise should only be cleaned with hand washing and the appropriate care products.

  • The defect or damage resulted from improper use or negligence.

  • The defect or damage resulted from improper repair of the product or alteration of its parts.

  • Stains on the product also do not qualify for a warranty claim.

Your package arrived damaged, and part of your order is missing?

In that case, you must report the damage to DHL within seven days of receiving the shipment. Please fill out the DHL damage report form for this purpose and submit the shipment along with the damage report at a DHL branch. You can send us a copy of the completed damage report via email to hi@oyastudio.de, so that we can promptly send you a replacement (if available).

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OYA Studio GmbH, Stresemannstraße 39, 40210 Düsseldorf, Deutschland, hi@oyastudio.de ) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods insured to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
