According to the EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters, since 9 January 2016 there is the possibility for consumers to settle disputes with traders in connection with online sales contracts or online service contracts out of court via an online dispute resolution platform (OS platform).
